Another Obama Nightmare
Did you know that if you sell your house after 2012 you will pay a 3.8% sales tax on it?
That's $3,800 on a $100,000 home etc.
When did this happen? It's in the healthcare bill. Just thought you should know. SALES TAX TO GO INTO EFFECT 2013 (Part of HC Bill)REAL ESTATE SALES TAX!
So, this is "change we can believe in"?
The bulk of these new taxes don't kick in until 2013 (presumably after obama's re-election).
America can thank Nancy, Harry and Barack and your local Democrat Congressman for this one.
This tax will ABSOLUTELY SCREW the retiring generation who often downsize their homes.
Hope & Change my ass! More like taxation without representation! Seems to me a war was fought over just such outrageous actions resulting in the the Declaration of Independence in 1776...

“They say we need more money for education. That’s the big answer to everything, education. They say we need more money for books, more teachers, more classrooms, more schools, and more testing for the kids, and they’ll say, well we tried all of that, and the kids still can’t pass the tests. Don’t worry about that, because we’re going to lower the passing grades, and that’s what they do in a lot of these schools. They lower the passing grades so more kids can pass – more kids pass, the school looks goods, and the IQ of the country slips another 2 or 3 points. And pretty soon all you’ll need to get into college is a pencil. Got a pencil? Then get in there, it’s physics!
Then people wonder why 17 other countries graduate more scientist than we do. Education – politicians use that word, they use it on you. Politicians have traditionally hidden behind 3 things: the flag, the bible, and children – no child left behind, no child left behind. Oh, really it wasn’t too long ago you were talking about giving children a head start. Head start – left behind, someone’s losing ground here, but there’s a reason. There’s a reason for this. There’s a reason education sucks, and it’s the same reason it’ll never ever be fixed – it’s never going to get any better, don’t look for it, be happy with what you got, because the owners of this country don’t want that. I’m talking about the real owners now. The wealthy big business interests that controls things, and makes all the important decisions.
Forget the politicians, they’re irrelevant. The politicians are put there to give you the idea you have freedom of choice – you don’t. You have no choice. You have owners. They own you. They own everything. They own all the important land. They own, and control the corporations. They’ve long since bought, and payed for the senate, the congress, the state houses, the city halls, they got the judges in their back pockets, and they own all the big media, so they control just about all the information you get. They got you by the balls. They spend billions of dollars every year lobbying – lobbying, to get what they want.
Well we know what they want. They want more for themselves, and less for everybody else, but I’ll tell you what they don’t want – they don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don’t want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that – that doesn’t help them. That’s against their interests. That’s right. They don’t want people that are smart enough to sit around a kitchen table, and think about how badly they’re getting screwed by a system that threw them overboard 30 fucking years ago. They don’t want that. You know what they want? Obedient workers – Obedient workers, people who are just smart enough to run the machines, and do that paper work. And just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime, and vanishing pension that disappear the minute you go to collect it, and now they’re coming for your social security money. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it – they’ll get it all from you sooner or later cause they own this place. It’s a big club, and you aint in it. You, and I are not in The Big Club.

An idea whose time has come AND is LONG OVERDUE!
Governors of 35 states have already filed suit against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon them. It only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a Constitutional Convention.

For too long we have been too complacent about the workings of Congress. Many citizens had no idea that members of Congress could retire with the same pay after only one term, that they specifically exempted themselves from many of the laws they have passed (such as being exempt from any fear of prosecution for sexual harassment) while ordinary citizens must live under those laws.
The latest was to exempt themselves from the Healthcare Reform ... in all of its forms. Somehow, that doesn't seem logical. We are not supposed to have an elite that is above the law.
I truly don't care if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent or whatever. The self-serving must stop. A Constitutional Convention is a good way to do that!
It is an idea whose time has come, and in this writers opinion, is FAR overdue!
With the advent of modern communication, the process can be moved along with incredible speed. There is talk out there that the "government" doesn't care what the people think which is absolutely irrelevant, as their personal opinions mean NOTHING versus those of "We the People"
It is incumbent on the (that's us by the way)population to address elected officials to the wrongs afflicted against the populace. Think about this...The 26th amendment (granting the right to vote for 18 year-olds) took only 3 months & 8 days to be ratified! Why? Simple! The people demanded it. That was in 1971...before computers, before e-mail, before cell phones, etc.
Of the 27 amendments to the Constitution, seven (7) took 1 year or less to become the law of the land...all because of public pressure.
I'm asking EVERY AMERICAN (illegals don't count!) forward this posting to a minimum of 20 (or more) people they know and in turn, ask them to do likewise.
In three days, most people in The United States of America will have the message!!
This is one proposal that really should be passed around.Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution:
"Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States ."

People are finding these bombs in mailboxes and in their yards
Sounds like something happening more up North but wouldn't be surprised to see it make its way across America~
This is terrifying and 100% TRUE!
The next time you see a bottle laying around think twice before you pick it up.
I checked the Snopes website and it is true. Pay attention to this.
1. a plastic bottle with a cap.
2. a little Drano.
3. a little water.
4. a small piece of foil.
5. Disturb it by moving it; and BOOM!!
6. No fingers left and other serious effects to your face, eyes, etc..
People are finding these bombs in mailboxes and in their yards, just waiting for you to pick it up intending to put it in the trash. But, you'll never make it!!!
It takes about 30 seconds to explode after you move the thing.

CAN MUSLIMS BE GOOD AMERICANS?
This is reposted from an email I recieved ...I leave any opinions to the discrestion of my readers but, it's certainly 'food-for-thought'.
This is very interesting and we all need to read it from start to finish. And send it on to everyone. Maybe this is why our American Muslims are so quiet and not speaking out about any atrocities.

- Geographically? No.. . Because his allegiance is to Mecca , to which he turns in prayer five times a day.
- Socially? No. . . Because his allegiance to Islam forbids him to make friends with Christians or Jews .
- Politically? No.. . . Because he must submit to the mullahs (spiritual leaders), who teach annihilation of Israel and destruction of America , the great Satan.

Edward "Ed" Mezvinsky, born January 17, 1937, is a former congressman. A Democrat, he represented Iowa's 1st congressional district in the United States House of Representatives for two terms, from 1973 to 1977.
In March 2001, Mezvinsky was indicted and later pleaded guilty to 31 of 69 charges of bank fraud, mail fraud, and wire fraud. Nearly $10 million was involved in the crimes.
Shortly after his indictment, he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, but the judge at his trial disallowed a mental illness defense.
After serving five years in federal prison, he was released in April 2008. He is expected to remain on federal probation until 2011, and owes substantial restitution to his victims. Who, exactly is "Ed" Mezvinsky?

Although this subject seems to have become "politically incorrect" (which boggles my mind) the facts are the facts and undeniable...
America is under siege! "We the People" need to stop being intimidated by false claims of racism and correctly identify / deal with this insult for what it is!!
The cost of harboring illegal immigrants in the United States is a staggering $113 billion a year!!
America owes these people NOTHING yet they now owe us EVERYTHING ...
It's time to say "enough is enough" and enforce our laws regardless of it being "unpopular"
